Mind Strength and Conditioning for a Happier Life

In a time when mental health services are under increasing pressure to provide the service’s many people need, I want to offer an easily accessible and very effective solution.
Imagine being able to improve your well being significantly, in just one month, over Four, One hour weekly online sessions, individually, or as part of a small group, or even as a family, whilst remaining completely anonymous.
You will be supported by myself, a professional therapist and life coach. (22 years post qualifying experience) and remain completely anonymous, in small groups of four to six people (one to one sessions and family groups, are also available) voice and type chat only, to protect your anonymity.
What’s included:
Session 1
You will be taught the rationale and the practical skills, of how to reduce stress and anxiety, using Three simple, yet effective therapeutic tools. Reducing Stress and Anxiety is key to maintaining a healthy, happy lifestyle.
Session 2
You will be taught how to manage your thoughts, and how to reframe negative thinking, which causes negative feelings and subsequent behaviours.
You will be taught the importance of self-care and how to take better care of yourself, both physically and emotionally. This is essential for our wellbeing.
Session 3
You will be taught how to live a more positive, balanced life, with some great therapeutic tools, including better sleep hygiene and tips for improving sleeping patterns. Not feeling tired and having energy is important and with some simple changes, you can give yourself the boost you need to feel better.
Session 4
In the final session we will consolidate all of your learning. You may, if you wish, present your personal improvements to the group, (most people end up so proud of their achievements, that they get so much from announcing their ‘new self’ to the group).
Most people’s families and friends see changes in people working on them selves and you’ll certainly feel a lot happier by the end of this short course.
