About Me. 

My name is Rachael and I live with Ollie my dog, five budgies (yes, Five). A red-rumped parakeet and a rabbit called Buttons. You could say I'm an animal lover.

I have over Ten years Counselling Experience and have worked as a Sessional Counsellor for seven years and love my Counselling work. I find it an honour that people choose to share their Emotional world with me.  I find it challenging and incredibly fulfilling to be trusted with another person's Feelings and worries, and to walk with them as they enrich their lives, is a beautiful privilege.

My Experience of Counselling issues includes Rape and Sexual Abuse, Bereavement, Depression, Eating Disorders and Life Changes.

Whilst I love my Counselling work, I equally love my 'leisure time' and enjoy daytrips to places of historical interest along with amusement parks, I have become amazed at my ability to delight in white knuckle rides.
