Online Counselling is provided in our Secure, password protected chat room, via MSN Messenger or SkypeChat. You will get to chat one to one with a fully Qualified, Experienced Counsellor. Only you and your Counsellor will see what you are discussing, so your privacy and Confidentiality are protected at all times.

You can request to chat with your chosen Counsellor or Life Coach via MSN Messenger or SkypeChat, simply ask for this option on the request a session form and your counsellor will give you the address and login details. This service offers clients complete control and ease of access, and is completely secure.

This is excellent for those who need to be discrete, maybe at home or at work. Sessions usually last for 50 minutes and can be taken at a time to suit you in total Privacy.

Telephone Counselling is available by arrangement. We have a UK landline telephone number which is given to clients after payment and booking is confirmed. Please request your session in the usual manner and request a Telephone counselling session if this is your preferred option.

There is no need to travel, no face to face contact is needed, and you can remain completely Anonymous if you wish.

Email Counselling is the ultimate in client Convenience, simply click the "Email Counselling" button accross the top of the home page, this will take you to a Secure payment page, which after completion will present you with a custom form to send your Email.

This form and your Email will be sent to the Counsellors direct, they will reply personally to your Email within 48 hours. Please feel free to share with us as much information as you feel we need to know. The more you are able to trust us, the more we will be able to help you. You will receive a carefully thought out Email response which is tailored and unique to you. The levels of Confidentiality remain of paramount importance, so if you would like your reply sent to an alternative Email address, simply advise us in your request. Email Counselling is charged at £26.50 per Email.

*Please note - We feel that email counselling is a really valuable part of our service and is ideal for those people who need to get things down in writing, all in one go. It offers the client a therapeutic introduction to counselling, as the action of writing is therapetic and beneficial.

Once the initial email and response from the Counsellor has been digested, we often feel that a session in real time using one of the Online methods above can be even more beneficial. Working in real time is much more effective for ongoing Therapeutic work. Please take this into consideration when choosing your method of Counselling.
